According to § 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act), we are responsible as a service provider for own contents on these websites in accordance with common law. However, as service providers we are not obligated according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG (German Telemedia Act) to monitor transmitted or stored foreign information or to research circumstances which suggest an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or bar the usage of information according to general law remain unaffected here from. However, liability in this context is only possible from the moment of discovery of such infringement. Once we become aware of such infringements we shall remove this content immediately.
